Machine Learning Engineer III

Peloton's Personalization team is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to drive personalization and recommendations across platforms. The role involves optimizing content discovery through AI/ML, owning the end-to-end ML product lifecycle from data engineering to scalable microservices and LLM-based solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance member engagement.

Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, ML, Operations Research, Statistics, Math) and 3+ years experience in ML disciplines such as recommender systems, NLP, or computer vision. Strong software engineering fundamentals, proficiency in Python/Java/Kotlin/Go/C++, experience with databases (Postgres, MySQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB), designing scalable microservices for ML model serving, and MLOps. Preferred: MS/PhD and experience with near real-time ML and product manager collaboration.
