Senior+ engineer with deep experience scaling distributed systems. Proficiency in C# or other statically typed languages (Kotlin, Go, Java). Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog) and infrastructure as code (Terraform). Comfortable with early-stage startup environment where mission-critical work may require extra effort. Strong sense of ownership and execution orientation. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch. Ability to work on any part of the stack.
