Staff Engineer, Experience Engineering

As a Staff Engineer on LaunchDarkly's product engineering team, you will design and build the next generation platform for user interaction, working across the entire product suite to improve user experiences, mentor engineers, and own operational excellence. This role focuses on understanding key use cases, building experiences and supporting technical platform, and providing guidance for other teams.

10+ years building large-scale products with sophisticated audiences, experience designing interfaces and supporting technology platforms, technical leadership, BA/BS in mathematics or related, skills in Go, Python, event-driven architectures, AWS, GCP, ClickHouse, Redis, DynamoDB, Kafka, experiment lifecycle tooling, funnel analysis, causal inference, Bayesian experimentation.
