About the role
Ethos is hiring a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to build backend-leaning full stack features across Go services and React/TypeScript UI. You will own end-to-end feature delivery, shape architecture, and use AI tools as integral to daily workflow. The role includes improving performance, reliability, and leading design reviews. You will also drive AI-augmented development and agentic workflows.
Requirements
5+ years building enterprise-scale software with full-stack experience, active use of AI development tools, strong Go skills or ability to ramp quickly, proficiency with React/TypeScript, strong API design, product-mindful, system design, testing, CI/CD, clear communication. Preferred: experience with agentic workflows, AI features, LLM integrations, Docker/Kubernetes, observability.
