About the role

Clear Street seeks a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for the FACT team to design and implement scalable services for reference data (security master, pricing, corporate actions, market data). The role involves building microservices, caching, and APIs in a cloud-native environment, mentoring teammates, and driving system design.

Requirements

At least 8 years of professional experience building highly scalable services, particularly in Golang. Must have designed flexible APIs for microservice architecture, worked on large-scale data systems, and have strong command of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms. Ability to mentor and drive engineering standards.
