Director, Quality Engineering

Netskope seeks a Director of Quality Engineering to lead the US-based Central Quality team, overseeing shared test environments, automation, and reporting. This role drives improvements in testing, release processes, and quality reporting across engineering, managing two teams and reporting to the head of quality. Requires 15+ years experience in software engineering with strong test automation background.

15+ years software engineering with test automation focus, 10+ years management including 3+ years director-level managing managers. Proven experience leading Engineering Productivity or tooling teams. Strong in scalable test automation (Python, Go, Java) and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Experience managing distributed test environments and global teams. BSCS required, MSCS preferred.
