Customer Support Engineer (ComD092)

At Defense Unicorns, we build software for environments where failure isn't an option. As a Support Engineer, you will work directly with technical customers to troubleshoot complex issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. You will own problems from first report through resolution, work hands-on with customer environments, partner with engineering and Customer Success, and continuously improve systems and documentation. 2–5 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, SRE, or related engineering role. Solid Linux proficiency, hands-on Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, RKE2, K3s, OpenShift), hybrid cloud architecture knowledge, practical cloud provider experience (AWS/Azure preferred), Helm, GitOps, IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu), DevSecOps/CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub), strong communication, external customer experience, familiarity with GitHub, Unthread, Linear, Planhat, Notion, open-source ecosystems.
