Senior Software Engineer

Bloomreach is building an agentic platform for personalization. This Senior Software Engineer role is on the Campaigns team, focusing on implementing microservices, managing high-throughput systems, and enhancing platform speed and reliability. The role involves working with Go, Python, GCP, and AI-powered solutions like GenAI and LLMs to deliver personalized omnichannel marketing campaigns. Collaboration with other engineering teams and product managers is key.

Proven experience in Go or Python; solid understanding of microservice architecture and high-throughput/low-latency APIs; experience with GKE, Git/CI/CD, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka; familiarity with omnichannel communication (Mobile Messaging, Emails, SMS/MMS, Push Notifications, Webhooks) is an asset; interest in Generative AI is a plus. Strong initiative, communication skills, commitment to continuous learning.
